MGB Hex Bolt Door hinges
One of the most annoying
areas of rebuilding an MGB is taking off and replacing the
doors. Those crappy countersunk crossheads are usually rusted
in and round off when you try to remove them.

I
took an example down to my local
bolt supplier who replaced them with counter sunk hex-bolts.
Now I can use my hex-head attachment on my socket set or an allen key
for fitting and removing the doors. Bliss!

Doors finish off better with these hard waring carbon style door
covers. They screw on to the door shell, so you have be really careful
fitting then. There are only certain places you can fix them. So check
behind before you drill.
